SAM-SDP Calculation
Version 2023.03
The Stress Addition Model for single data points (SAM-SDP) predicts the synergistic effects of independent stressor combinations with monotone stress response relationships for single data points. For more information see Liess et al. (2016).
Variant A: Horizonal Addition
Stress Addition
Survivala: Measured survival effects for stressor 'a' alone.
Stressa: The stress induced by stressor 'a'.
Survivalb: Measured survival effects for stressor 'b' alone.
Stressb: The stress induced by stressor 'b'.
Survivalc: Measured survival effects for stressor 'c' alone.
Stressc: The stress induced by stressor 'c'.
Survival SAM: The modeled survival resulting from all stressors 'a' to 'c'.
Stress Total: The total stress as a combination of the stress of all stressors 'a' to 'c'.
Variant B: Vertical Addition
Stress Addition: Stressors
Calc: Name of the calculation used as a key to group results of multiple calculations.
Stressor: Name of stressor.
Survival: Measured survival effects for this stressor.
Stress: The stress induced by this stressor.
Stress Addition: Results
